Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any item, you may exchange it within 15 days from the date of purchase, providing it is still in the original, unopened packaging and unworn. If the item is broken, through NORMAL use and not abused, I will repair it, if possible, and if not, I will replace it. If I do not have the exact piece to replace the broken one with, I will issue a credit for a new piece of your choice. No refunds are given, but I am happy to exchange, replace or repair any item that does not meet your satisfaction. Exchange items can only be replaced by items on the GlamGlitter Boutique website.
